Here’s an opportunity for you to put some of your creative work into the 2026 Open Art Show, which is part of this year’s Big Little Arts Weekend. The Open Art Show, in the Dunn Village Hall, runs from Friday 4th September (Preview evening) though to Saturday 5th September. As always, this is an open show in every sense – it’s open to everyone, whatever their level of experience, and it’s open to all types of creative work – so not just painting, drawing, print making, sculpture, ceramics, glass, metalwork, textiles, mixed media and  conceptual installations, but also photography, graphics and visual media including animation, games and film.
All ages. All genres. All subjects.

The deadline for submitting your request to be included in the exhibition is 28th August with artworks to be delivered to the Dunn Village Hall on the morning of 4th September. The Friday night opening preview always attracts an enthusiastic crowd of interested art lovers (and potential purchasers!) and is also a great opportunity to meet other like-minded artists and creatives.

Below is a copy of the more detailed instructions for how and when to enter your artworks. At the bottom of this page is a link to download a copy of the submission guidelines document, as a pdf.
